A Big Thud

So it was a very quiet afternoon.

The kids were outside playing

I was on the couch reading my book

and Grandma was in the kitchen working.

When we hear this big THUD outside.

Grandma looked out the window and said

"Oooh Russell down and ......he is up"

So this is what happened.

Russell was running outside with the girls and he fell down hard!
He hurt his pinkie finger and the side of his eye!

Luckily, all is well nothing was broken just a little bruised.
